The female will continue to swim toward the male and if she is receptive she will sink to the bottom for mating. If the female is not receptive, she might start a fight with the male. Back in the day there was this disease calle diptheria! I did a report on it before. Diptheria made a hudge epidemic and hurt many people. Diptheria is a disease that causes your throat to swell up very badly and eventually makes you die. Make then there was not a shot for it. Some symptoms for it are... yellow or white things around your throat and just gets bigger and bigger. I can't remember anything other info on it.
